What kind of church are you?
Vantage Point is a non-denominational, Bible-believing church.
We love Jesus, our communities, and one another. We want to see our cities and world transformed by the radical and life giving Gospel of Jesus Christ! We want everyone to know that when they walk with Jesus, the "Vantage Point" by which they see EVERYTHING must become Jesus himself! We want to be more than a church to simply attend and check off a weekly box.

WHAT DOES SERVICE LOOK LIKE?
Every Sunday service is filled with meaningful worship through song and teaching that puts Jesus at the center, and helps you engage and worship God with one another. You'll hear songs of old and new, as well as songs that are unique to our church. All of our sermons are bible-centered and include both topical teaching and studies through books of the Bible. We have weekly communion elements available for everyone, but we do not take it together every week. We always hold a time of ministry and prayer at the end of service during our final song.
Our services last around 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Sermons are typically around 45 minutes
- Our time of music is around 30 minutes.
What do you have for my kids?
We believe our time with your kids is so much more than babysitting! We want them to walk away with a real understanding of the gospel and a deeper desire to walk with Jesus!
Every Sunday, while parents are in the adult worship service, their children will worship and learn in their age appropriate class in the care of loving and capable teachers. - You are also more than welcome to keep your kids with you in adult service! Family worship is beautiful, and it's one of our values here at VP - Every month with a 5th Sunday we do a family style service called, "Together Sunday", to worship together with all ages!
WHAT ABOUT SECURITY?
- All of our kid’s ministry team has been background checked, and have been
attending our church for at least 6 months.
- Every Sunday, a member of our security team is present and vigilant throughout
our kids and adult spaces, ensuring a safe environment for all.
- Our kids check-in process and protocol is secure and designed to ensure
each child is accounted and cared for until their approved guardian picks them up.

Will i be put on the spot?
Nope! You can be as anonymous as you would like. Our greeters will greet you as you come in and people will welcome you, but no one will single you out or ask you to do or say anything. If you want to communicate with us, you can fill out a Connection Card or find one of our welcome team or pastors! We want you to relax and enjoy your time with us!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Simply, whatever you are comfortable in! You will see some in their Sunday best, and some in flip flops or a sports jersey! We believe God is more interested with what your heart is dressed than your body.
What Do You have for my teenagers?
Every Wednesday night from 6:30-8:15pm our students meet in a home located in Rhome,
for a time of worship through song, fun and games, and a lesson from the Bible.
